As the provosts statement could not be countered, it was taken as such..Other matters were discussed, but there was a little bit of controversy when the Senate president posed a motion which read that all the high posts go to the most senior class while the assistant posts are open to lower classes..this notion met fierce resistance from the 300L students who happened to opine that it is a kind of monopoly, and political antics played by the senior class.
There was a period of rowdiness, but the hall was silenced by a number of opinions from all classes, as the Senate president tried desperately to look for a solution to the standing matter.
The Senate president then put forward three notions, of which the congress were to vote by "raising hands",..a decision was eventually reached, with the Majority of the congress voting for the option they thought was "right"..
The decision was met with an unconvincing round of applause, with some bad faces noticed among the crowd.

The congress ended at ease and the Abuad student went out to check on the opinion of the medical students on the decision made by the Congress. .
"It is a planned work, they wrestled the power from us, they may have even poisoned the mind of the provost, the proposed clinical students aren't even in clinicals yet, and they are already power hungry, its not fair"said an angry 300L student, who spoke with all amount of bitterness.
"It was a good congress meeting" were the words I was able to wrestle out of a 400L student..
