The school just recently recieved a 40 million dollar loan and as you can see there, and only recently the loan was dished to Abuads purse. The aim of the loan is supposedly to be for the expansion of the school, erection of a new central library and completion of the multi-million dollar hospital. Too far fetched? Lets wait and see. So whilst we might not have 30 billion in the akkant, we would make do with 40 million dollars!
