RIGHT OR WRONG?? As school burns refuse near residential hostels!

*They banned take-away packs because of this, and now its worse that ever?
Lest I forget, in the memo passed around they said expert consultants deliberated on this, I suggest the move the incinerator away from the hostels because it is terrible, some boys find it hard to breathe at times, it would be nice if the management found a solution to this..mean while..lets voice our opinions via comments so they see it.
*what is the way forward?
*should the refuse be located there in d first place?
